| FRAME |
COVER ROOF |
| The frame is made by galvanized steel tubes of big thickness assembled between them, with 8 blocks for the setting. Thank to exterior covering of the box angles with steel profiles the frame is strongly reinforced.. |
It made by insulated panels like the wall panels. An undulated galvanized sheet together with the gutters are positioned on the panel to create air chamber for reducing the thermic excursion. |

FLOOR |
Important difference from other common insulated boxes is that the water rain flows 17 cm under the floor avoiding infiltration.

Composed by waterproof woods panels of 18 mm supported by galvanised steel profile. All the floor is covered by antistatic linoleum. The insulation of the floor available on demand. All around the floor perimeter and in the interior part of the angles is settled a painted steel baseboard that make the frame stronger. |

Made by insulated panels with iron armature and foamed polyurethane of thickness 40 mm with: exterior surface made in sheet of painted with coil coating system of thickness 0, 5 mm and insulation made with foamed polyurethane (PUR) with high insulation power and continuous application. |
